HILIPPINE PROSPERITY CHEMICALS INC. (PPCI) is a Filipino company founded by GLYSOLV Ventures Corporation (GSVC) and incorporated on April 10, 2002. Subsequently, PPCI started as a joint venture with two foreign companies, Toyota Tsusho Corp. and Unibros Investment Pte., Ltd. Toyota Tsusho is a renowned Japanese global trader while Unibros is a Singapore-based company with links to Indochem, the largest solvents player in Indonesia.
 
Its management team is composed mainly of people with Extensive experience in the trading, marketing and distribution of both chemical and petroleum products.
 
PPCI is the appointed distributor of Exxon-Mobil Chemicals Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. (EMCAP) in the Philippines. With its considerable growth in market share, PPCI is now closer to its goal of becoming the recognized leader in the local chemical industry.
